Located in Lycoming County, Rose Valley Lake is a 389-acre reservoir owned by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and managed by the Fish and Boat Commission for public fishing and boating.  The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission stocks the lake with muskellunge and walleye fingerling. Rose Valley has yielded a number of good-sized musky in recent years.  Rose Valley Lake can be reached by taking Trout Run Mountain Road to Rose Valley Mountain Road. 

The lake is open for recreational fishing on a year round basis.
