Works great in cold water!!
I caught a slew of bass and Pike with this lure in 41 and 37 degree water and you can see the 37 degree day in action here:

I caught more when it was slightly warmer but still got two on the Hammerhead when the water was 37 degrees.

Love this bait
First day I used it i caught a 20 in walleye unfortunately the bill broke on it but will be definitely getting more of them.
Got this lure in my monster box for oct! Smased Bass really works like 4 cast bam

Pretty Sweet Squarebill
With the fall transition in full effect here in Jersey. I was super excited seeing a squarebill in this months box. This bait swims great in the water and has a nice hunting action. Was able to throw this around all kinds of cover without issues of getting hung up. But it really shined being worked around rock piles and riprap. Getting it the best diving distance I was running 12 lbs. fluorocarbon. Caught a hand full of bass so far and can't wait to get back out at it. You really need to give this bait a try.
