Crouse Reservoir is a pretty and productive irrigation reservoir. Located on Pot creek in Uintah County, Crouse sits in a sage brush basin next to a pinion and juniper covered hill. This is the last water in the chain of three Diamond Mountain lakes, which inclues Matt Warner Reservoir and Calder Reservoir. Crouse Reservoir historically produced the largest trout of the three lakes and is a favorite of locals. Uintah County plows the roads into Crouse and Calder, so they are usually open all winter.
