HOW DO I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT?

Will my subscription automatically renew?
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you choose to skip a month, pause your subscription or cancel it.
Can I cancel a prepaid multi-month subscription?
If you pre-paid for a multi-month subscription, you can cancel at any time during the duration of your subscription. The rest of your subscription will be fulfilled, but will not auto renew.
When will my box ship?
Your box will typically ship within 1 week and you will receive a tracking number via email when we ship your order.
How do I track my order?

What should I do if my package is lost?
Simply contact our Customer Support Team and we'll initiate a package trace for you. Typically if a box is re-routed or delayed by Fedex, UPS or USPS while in transit, a simple trace will help us find it and get it safely back to you.
How do I update my shipping address?
As long as your order has not shipped, you can update your shipping address by clicking here and updating your shipping address on file. If you have an order pending fulfillment, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately via email.
Do you ship to Canada?
No. At this time we only ship within the United States.
Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policies
All subscription box sales are final and are non-refundable.
All merchandise purchases are non-refundable. If you receive your shipment and it is not correct (i.e. size or color is not what you purchased), contact our MONSTERBASS Support Team and we will do everything we can to make it right.
Our eCommerce platform will ship to the address that you enter into the system. If you enter an incorrect address or move without notifying us, we are unable to replace your order. Our system keeps a log of every Account Update you make for record keeping purposes.
