Where We Ship From

All MONSTERBASS orders ship from our warehouse in Henderson, Tennessee:

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

In rare cases — such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, or unexpected warehouse closures — processing may take longer. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier's transit schedule. Tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation will give you the most accurate delivery estimate. Please note that transit times are controlled by the carrier and are not guaranteed by MONSTERBASS.

Returns

We do not accept returns. Because of the nature of our products, items cannot be sent back to us once they've shipped.

Replacements & Refunds

We stand behind every box we ship. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right:

  • Wrong item received — If you received the wrong product, contact us and we'll send you a replacement.
  • Damaged items — If your order arrives damaged, reach out with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement.
  • Refunds — Where a replacement isn't the right fix, we'll issue a refund for the affected item(s).

To request a replacement or refund, email us at support@monsterbass.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos help us resolve things faster). We'll take care of you from there.
