Brookville Lake is located in the Whitewater River Valley and spans Franklin and Union Counties.  It is also the site of Whitewater Memorial State Park, honoring World War II veterans.  This valley and surrounding area are known for the contributions made to Indiana history.  The lake is approximately 5,250 acres and was constructed by the U. S. Army Corp of Engineers for flood control, water supply and recreation.

Recommended baits on this water are bee larvae, crickets, night crawlers, chicken livers, white twister tails, minnows and jigs.
