Engineered to reach deep water quickly while producing a powerful hard vibrating swimming action, the Interceptor is the ultimate tool for targeting trophy pike, musky, walleye, striped bass, and other apex predators holding on offshore structure. Designed to operate in the productive 18 to 20 foot depth range, the Interceptor excels around ledges, breaklines, humps, rock piles, and deep water feeding areas where the largest predators often reside.
Once it reaches its target depth, the Interceptor delivers a wicked side to side wobble and powerful vibration that predators can detect from considerable distances. Its stable design allows it to maintain perfect tracking even at high trolling speeds and while crossing sharp structural transitions. At the core of the lure is Livingston’s proven EBS™ (Electronic Baitfish Sound) Technology, which emits the actual biological sounds of baitfish to help predators locate the lure and commit to strikes. Built with rugged 2 mm wire-through construction, the Interceptor is designed to withstand the abuse of trophy-class fish while delivering exceptional depth control, durability, and fish attracting power. When targeting deep-water predators, the Interceptor is a proven fish catching machine.
PRO TIP: The Interceptor is at its best when trolled along deep breaklines, submerged humps, and offshore structure. Maintain bottom contact whenever possible and occasionally vary your trolling speed to trigger reaction strikes. Many of the biggest fish strike immediately after the lure changes speed, contacts structure, or deflects off bottom cover.
