Since 2011 the Yellowstone Natural brand has been focusing on the bounty of bison, elk & beef that surround Montana's Big Sky country.

The bison are all free roam and we use only 100% bison in this premium tender jerky. We also teamed up with a local Montana distillery (Bozeman Spirits) to infuse our wild  game jerky with spirits and specialty fruits native to the Pacific Northwest, for a rich flavor as unique as Montana itself.
