Little morsels of tasty goodness is what our group of tasters decided these should be called. 

And, while I don't disagree, I think we could do a little better 😅

We take egg roll wrappers and stuff them full of our infamous smoked pulled pork, add in all sorts of delicious crunchy veggies, and voila.... you have little morsels of tasty goodness.
