Our Sriracha flavor perfectly captures the authentic made-from-scratch Sriracha flavor… as you enjoy that deep jalapeno taste, the heat slowly builds to a nice finale.

This jerky is perfectly finished with 100% USDA Grade A Top Round Beef.  This gives it a soft, marinated-all-night BBQ texture, which just soaks up the layered flavor our sriracha jerky has to offer.
