What's a riblet you ask? 

Easy, a riblet is the end couple of bones of a rack of baby back ribs. 

What do they taste like?

Well, they're as delicious and tender as our normal baby back ribs, but a little extra smokey and a little more tasty crust to them. 

Plus, they come in 1-2 bone bites instead of a full rack, so they're perfect for a quick snack, or for someone with a smaller household.
