The Army Corp of Engineers completed Patoka Lake in 1978. It is the second largest reservoir in Indiana containing 8,880 surface acres of water at normal summer pool and provides drinking water for the surrounding areas. Patoka Lake is located approximately 65 miles west of Louisville, KY. Try dark colored grubs, jigs, crankbaits, spinnerbaits and spoons out here.
